Smoking is not good for health, especially for diabetic patients. Diabetes can lead to lots of problems such as heart problems, eye disease, kidney and nerve damage, and so on. Smoking will only increase the risk of those diseases in diabetic patients.

So find ways to stop smoking and live a healthy life. In addition to that, also keep an eye on your alcohol consumption. By limiting your alcohol consumption, you would find it much easier to control your sugar level in the blood.
